meet the current health & safety legislation, stress management
training increases staff morale and productivity and reduces sickness
absence.
Why choose this course?
Unlike
many other stress management courses provided by generic training
organisations, this course does not only cover the theory but is also
very practical. Participants will learn tools for relaxing, that they
will be able to truly use in their daily working and personal lives,
with significant improvements in effectiveness, health and general
wellbeing.
