Tip - Try to eat healthy natural and wholesome foods.

Fact - Being stressed releases the harmful chemicals cortisol and adrenaline. Exercise helps to burn up these chemicals, making it easier to relax.

Tip - Get regular appropriate exercise (e.g. walking, running, tai chi, yoga, swimming,gym, running)

Tip - Nature is a natural de-stressor, find time for the visits to the countryside, parks, the sea and the hills.
